SMS Consent & Messaging Disclosure
Radar Pack sends transactional SMS messages for account authentication and critical service alerts. This page explains how users opt in, what messages are sent, and how to opt out.
How Users Opt In to SMS Alerts
Users provide their phone number during account signup or within Account Settings → Notifications. Users must explicitly select SMS as an alert method. Users must confirm consent before SMS alerts are enabled.

Upon successfully opting in to SMS alerts, users receive an immediate confirmation message:

Because this opt-in occurs within an authenticated dashboard, a publicly accessible screenshot of the live opt-in flow is available upon request for compliance verification purposes.
Types of Messages Sent
- One-time passcodes (OTP) for login or account verification
- Critical website monitoring alerts (downtime, security issues, SSL expiration)
- Account-related notifications
Radar Pack does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.

- Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- Users may request assistance by replying HELP.

- SMS messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in.
Privacy & Data Handling
Mobile information (including phone numbers) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
